Ear Message for Alertness and Relaxation

Here are few type ear messages for our health. Most of them are for feel good in few minutes.

  • Message with your thumb and index finger for relaxing your upper body and feel good as whole
  • Unroll your outer ear from top to bottom, three times, for attention and focus
  • Rub your hands and cup your ears and keep there for 30 seconds. Calming effect.
  • Pull your ear lobes 6 times and when you pull downward, exhale. Freshness in eyes and hearing got better then this has worked for you.
