Your wake-up time and connection to body and mind

I read an interesting article which describes different wake-up time and it's connection with different kinds of energy and problems.
Traditional Chinese medicine uses energy meridians for acupuncture and acupressure. These energy meridians are connected to a clock system that, according to ancient Chinese medicine, energizes different parts of the body. So depending on the time you wake up at night, your body could be experiencing certain sensations and is communicating certain physical and emotional problems to you.

Wake-up time and it's meaning:

  • Having trouble sleeping between 9 to 11 p.m. could be a sign of stress.
  • Waking up between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. could mean emotional disappointment.
  • Waking up between 1 to 3 a.m. may signify anger.
  • Waking up between 3 to 5 a.m. could mean a Higher Power is reaching out to you.
  • Waking up between 5 to 7 a.m. is associated with emotional blockages.
Recently in news channel, news is flowing about India's PM Modi's and UP CM Yogi Adityanath's wake-up time and how energetic they are. They both follow yogic routine.
